About Devon horse manure
We are an independent, family-run business based in Moretonhampstead, providing naturally enriched organic manure directly from our well-cared-for horses to local gardeners across Devon.
How our family venture began
Living in the heart of Moretonhampstead with our much-loved horses, we found ourselves with an abundance of natural, top-quality manure. Knowing how valuable nutrient-dense organic matter is for fertile garden soil, we decided to make it readily available to passionate growers, vegetable gardeners, and allotment holders across our local community.
Naturally enriched for healthier gardens
Our horses are grass-fed and well looked after, resulting in thoroughly enriched, pure manure. Unlike artificial compost mixes found at large commercial garden centres, our manure offers genuine soil-building nutrition that boosts root growth, retains moisture, and feeds your flowers and vegetables naturally.
Support a local family business
When you source from us, you deal directly with a friendly, local family that takes pride in traditional country values. All manure is available for direct collection from our property in Moretonhampstead. Simply arrange a time, and drive up, and take home genuine quality for your garden.
"The quality of the manure is brilliant. It made an enormous difference to my vegetable patch this season, and it's fantastic to support a friendly local family in Moretonhampstead."
